Our Services

Diagnostic

If your heating or cooling system isn’t working right, you need a diagnostic, they typically cost $79.00 and then we will quote you a repair. Call us for more details.

Check-out or Inspection

If your system is working and you just want to get it checked out to be certain that it’s working at it’s best, you need a check-out and they typically cost $99.00 and usually take about 30-45 minutes.

Annual Service Agreements

We also offer annual service agreements that include two checkouts per year (1 heating/1 cooling), a minimum 15% discount on most parts supplies and repairs.  Also service agreement customers receive priority service and e-mail reminder service!
